Our office hours are convenient, friendly and accessible. We are open Monday & Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday-Thursday from 9AM to 5 PM.

Emergencies
Dr. Alvarez or a covering physician can be reached 24 hours a day through our office number. For urgent problems during office hours, we will see you in the office or at the Oneida Healthcare Emergency Department.
Prescriptions
To be sure you always have needed medications, please call between 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. several days before you need a refill.
We will work with your insurance
Our office staff is always available to discuss fees and provide estimates for a visit or any procedure. We accept Medicare and most HMO, PPO Plans and private insurance plans. Bring your paperwork to us and we will file the insurance claims, Remember, patients are responsible for co-payments and balances not covered by insurance. We accept cash, checks, Visa and Master Card for your convenience.
FAA Physicals
Dr Alvarez is a Certified Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) and performs Class II & III
flying physicals. Please call to schedule an appointment.
